My Doula life got turned upside down

So I'd like to take a minute, just sit right there

I'll tell you all about how we became the perfect pair

In Little Rock, Arkansas working all day

On the phone is where I spend most of my days

Stressed to max wasn't so cool

So I reached out to people, outside of my pool

When one doula pal, who was nothing but good,

Started reaching out from her neighborhood

We met one Thursday night and it was all there

Riverfront expansion was in the air

I reached for a pen and the paperwork was clear

I'm hear to announce that Heather Barrios is here

If anything I could say is that this woman is rare
